To do that, we need to understand the mind and human behavior. Why we do the things we do and what makes us happy. And who better to learn from than the people who spend their lives studying these topics. The researchers, doctors, psychologists, and scientists. I want to see what the experts and evidence says about getting the most out of life.
Living a happier, fuller life requires knowledge. That’s the easy part. The hard part comes from changing your lifestyle, behavior, and habits. We’ll cover both.
Life is about learning, experiencing, exploring and sharing. And getting the most out of life means getting the most out of your brain.
Who Am I?
My name is Eric and I’m a freelance writer from the Midwest. I’m not a doctor, a brain surgeon, or a psychologist. There’s no fancy letters following my last name. But I do find a lot of psychology research pretty fascinating. I’m just a regular Joe that wants to improve and understand what makes people tick.
I’m curious, analytical, an avid reader, and guzzler of coffee. And I care about delivering information that is interesting and useful.
