People are slowly catching on that exercise is really good for your brain. So good in fact, I would argue that it’s probably the area I would look to first if you’re trying to improve brain health and overall cognitive abilities.
The benefits are way too numerous and touch just about every aspect of your life. Everything from learning, to creativity.
Unfortunately, it’s also one of the hardest habits to get into. While people are constantly making this one of their top goals to improve, many people fall short time and time again.
